All products listed on the Platform are sold, packed, and shipped directly by independent third-party vendors (\u201cVendors\u201d).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Naseem Bazaar does not handle, store, or ship any products unless explicitly stated.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"8\">2. Role &amp; Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Each Vendor is solely responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">order processing<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\">packaging<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\">shipping<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\">delivery<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"10,4,0\">courier coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Naseem Bazaar acts only as an intermediary platform and shall not be held liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">shipping delays<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\">damaged shipments<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">lost parcels<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\">delivery failures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"13\">3. Shipping Charges &amp; Methods<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"24,0,0\">Shipping charges are determined entirely by the Vendor<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"24,1,0\">Charges, delivery methods, and estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"24,2,0\">Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless a Vendor offers free shipping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"25\">5. International Shipping, Customs &amp; Duties<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"26\">For international orders:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"26\">Customers are solely responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,0,0\">customs duties<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,1,0\">import taxes<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,2,0\">clearance fees<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,3,0\">regulatory charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"28\">Vendors are responsible for providing required shipping documentation, however:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"28\">Naseem Bazaar shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"29,0,0\">customs delays<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"29,1,0\">shipment holds or inspections<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"29,2,0\">additional charges imposed by authorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"30\">Refused or Unclaimed Shipments<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31\">If a customer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"32,0,0\">refuses delivery, or<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"32,1,0\">fails to pay required duties\/taxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33\">The shipment may be returned or abandoned.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"34\">In such cases:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"34\">Refund eligibility (if any) will be subject to deductions, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"35,0,0\">shipping costs<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"35,1,0\">return handling charges<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"35,2,0\">applicable Vendor fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"36\">6. Delays &amp; Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"41\">Delays may occur due to events beyond Vendor or courier control, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"42,0,0\">natural disasters<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"42,1,0\">extreme weather<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"42,2,0\">political or regulatory actions<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"42,3,0\">transportation disruptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"43\">In such cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"44,0,0\">Vendors are expected to provide updates<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"44,1,0\">Naseem Bazaar may assist in communication but does not assume liability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"45\">9. Non-Delivery, Lost Shipments &amp; Customer Protection<\/h2>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"46\">Excessive Delays<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"47\">If an order is not delivered within:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"48,0,0\">30 calendar days from dispatch (international orders)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"49\">Customers may request a resolution via the Platform.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"50\">Lost Shipments<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"51\">If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"52,0,0\">The Vendor is responsible for resolution<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"52,1,0\">Any approved compensation will be issued as store credit only, in accordance with the Refund Policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"53\">Platform Role<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"54\">Naseem Bazaar may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"55,0,0\">facilitate communication between customer and Vendor<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"55,1,0\">review cases where Vendors fail to respond within required timelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"56\">However, Naseem Bazaar is not obligated to provide compensation and does not assume liability for shipping outcomes.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"57\">10. Failed Deliveries<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"58\">Delivery may fail due to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"59,0,0\">incorrect address provided by customer<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"59,1,0\">unavailability of recipient<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"59,2,0\">refusal to accept shipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"60\">In such cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"61,0,0\">re-delivery or return costs may apply<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"61,1,0\">any refund (if applicable) will be subject to deductions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"62\">11.
