Delivery Policy<\/h2>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">Vendor Responsibility<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">All delivery-related obligations, including shipping, handling, and courier coordination, are the sole responsibility of the Vendor.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">Delivery Timelines<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">Estimated delivery timelines are provided by Vendors<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\">Typical delivery may range between 3\u20137 working days (domestic), but may vary<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">Delivery timelines are:\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,2,1,0,0\">estimates only<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12,2,1,1,0\">not guaranteed by Naseem Bazaar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">Delays<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">Delays may occur due to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\">courier issues<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\">weather conditions<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\">remote locations<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"15,3,0\">peak seasons or operational constraints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">Naseem Bazaar shall not be held liable for delivery delays.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\">Customer Responsibility<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">Customers must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"19,0,0\">provide accurate shipping information<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"19,1,0\">ensure availability to receive the order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20\">Failure to do so may result in failed delivery and additional charges.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"21\">3. Complaint Reporting (Critical)<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"30\">Customers must report issues within:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"31,0,0\">\ud83d\udc49 <b data-path-to-node=\"31,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"3\">24 hours of delivery<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"32\">Applicable cases include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"33,0,0\">wrong item received<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"33,1,0\">damaged item<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"33,2,0\">defective product<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"33,3,0\">missing items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"34\">Required Evidence<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"35\">Customers may be required to provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"36,0,0\">clear product images<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"36,1,0\">parcel opening video<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"36,2,0\">order details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"37\">Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"38\">6. Parcel Opening Video Requirement<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"39\">Customers are strongly advised to record a parcel opening video at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"39\">This video is essential for verifying claims related to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"40,0,0\">missing items<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"40,1,0\">damaged products<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"40,2,0\">incorrect deliveries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"41\">Naseem Bazaar and Vendors reserve the right to reject claims without proper evidence.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"42\">7. Non-Returnable &amp; Non-Exchangeable Items<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"43\">The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"44,0,0\">customized or made-to-order products<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"44,1,0\">sale or discounted items<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"44,2,0\">accessories<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"44,3,0\">personal care items (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"44,4,0\">items damaged due to misuse or mishandling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"45\">Additional product-specific exclusions may be defined by Vendors.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"46\">8. Return Process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"47,0,0\">Customers must submit return\/exchange requests via the Platform<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"47,1,0\">The request is forwarded directly to the Vendor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"48\">Vendor Decision Timeline<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"49,0,0\">Vendors are required to respond within 7 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"50\">Non-Responsive Vendor<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"51\">If a Vendor fails to respond within this timeframe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"52,0,0\">Customers may escalate the issue to Naseem Bazaar<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"52,1,0\">Naseem Bazaar reserves the right (but is not obligated) to review and decide the case<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"53\">9. Return Shipping Responsibility<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"54,0,0\">Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the Vendor agrees otherwise<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"54,1,0\">In approved cases (e.g., defective or incorrect items), the Vendor may choose to cover return shipping<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"54,2,0\">Naseem Bazaar does not bear return shipping costs under any circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"55\">10. Exchange Process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"56,0,0\">Exchanges are subject to product availability with the Vendor<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"56,1,0\">If exchange is not possible, an alternative resolution may be offered in accordance with Platform policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"57\">11. Claim Review &amp; Resolution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"58,0,0\">All claims are reviewed by the Vendor<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"58,1,0\">Naseem Bazaar may assist in facilitating communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"59\">Naseem Bazaar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"60,0,0\">does not guarantee approval of any claim<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"60,1,0\">does not assume liability for Vendor decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"61\">12. Refund Linkage<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"62\">Any approved refunds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"63,0,0\">will be processed strictly in accordance with the Refund Policy<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"63,1,0\">will be issued only as store credits (wallet balance)<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"63,2,0\">may be subject to deductions (shipping, fees, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"64\">13. Abuse &amp; Misuse Protection<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"65\">Naseem Bazaar reserves the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"66,0,0\">reject fraudulent or abusive claims<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"66,1,0\">suspend accounts engaging in repeated misuse<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"66,2,0\">deny service in case of policy violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"67\">14.
