Marketplace Role &amp; Vendor Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Naseem Bazaar operates solely as a multi-vendor marketplace platform.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">All products are sold, fulfilled, and shipped by independent third-party vendors (\u201cVendors\u201d).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Naseem Bazaar does not own, stock, or ship products.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">All return, refund, and cancellation requests are initially submitted to the Vendor, who is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">reviewing the request<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\">approving or rejecting it<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\">arranging product collection (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Naseem Bazaar may intervene only if the Vendor fails to respond within 7 days. Intervention is at the platform\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"11\">2. No Cash or Bank Refunds<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Under no circumstances will Naseem Bazaar issue refunds in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\">cash<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\">original payment method<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\">bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">All refunds are issued exclusively as redeemable platform credits (wallet vouchers).<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"15\">3. Wallet Credit Refunds<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">Approved refunds or order cancellations are provided as wallet credits, with the following terms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\">Valid for 30 days from issuance (validity may be modified by Naseem Bazaar at issuance)<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\">Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\">Expire automatically after the validity period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\"><b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Note:<\/b> Vendors may deduct applicable fees from the refund, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"19,0,0\">shipping costs<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"19,1,0\">payment gateway fees<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"19,2,0\">Vendor penalties or charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"20\">4. Eligible Refund\/Return Reasons<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21\">A return or refund request may be considered only if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"22,0,0\">Product received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\">Manufacturing defect is identified<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"22,2,0\">Vendor cancels the order after payment confirmation (product unavailable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\"><b data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"24,0,0\">Product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"24,1,0\">Original tags and purchase receipt must be intact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"25\">5. Non-Refundable \/ Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"26\">The following are never eligible for refund, exchange, or return:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,0,0\">Sale, promotion, or clearance items<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,1,0\">Requests based on color, texture, or appearance variations<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,2,0\">Beauty, fragrance, or personal care products once opened or used<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,3,0\">Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"27,4,0\">Requests submitted after the allowed claim period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"28\">Vendors may define additional product-specific exclusions, which will be displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"29\">6. Timelines for Claims<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"30,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"30,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Return\/Exchange Requests:<\/b> must be submitted within 7 days of delivery<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"30,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"30,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Vendor Response:<\/b> must be provided within 7 days of request<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"30,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"30,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Customer Escalation:<\/b> if Vendor fails to respond in 7 days, the customer may contact Naseem Bazaar<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"30,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"30,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Order Inquiries:<\/b> must be raised within 15 working days of order placement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"31\">7. How to Request a Refund or Return<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"32\">Submit your request via customer dashboard or email: customersupport@naseembazaar.com<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33\"><b data-path-to-node=\"33\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"34,0,0\">Order ID<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"34,1,0\">Reason for refund or return<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"34,2,0\">Supporting evidence (photos, parcel opening video, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"35\"><b data-path-to-node=\"35\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Return Shipping:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"36,0,0\">Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the Vendor agrees otherwise<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"36,1,0\">Approved returns will be processed within 5\u20137 working days, or up to 14 working days during peak periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"37\">8. Order Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"38,0,0\">Cancellations before shipping are only possible if payment fails or is not received<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"38,1,0\">Orders auto-cancel within 30 minutes of failed payment<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"38,2,0\">For already paid orders: no pre-shipment cancellation is allowed<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"38,3,0\">Approved cancellations result in wallet credit issuance under the same terms as refunds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"39\">9. International Orders<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"40,0,0\">Cash refunds or physical exchanges are never available<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"40,1,0\">Voucher-based refunds may be issued only if approved by the Vendor<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"40,2,0\">Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"41\">10. Platform Rights &amp; Escalation<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"42\">Naseem Bazaar reserves the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"43,0,0\">Reject refund requests that do not meet criteria<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"43,1,0\">Intervene when Vendors fail to respond within 7 days<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"43,2,0\">Cancel orders due to product unavailability, compliance, or regulatory concerns<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"43,3,0\">Take final decisions to protect platform integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"44\">11. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"45\">Naseem Bazaar is not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"46,0,0\">Vendor misconduct or negligence<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"46,1,0\">Product defects<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"46,2,0\">Shipping or delivery failures<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"46,3,0\">Customer dissatisfaction where policy criteria are not met<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"47\">Wallet credits issued are the exclusive remedy; no further compensation will be provided.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"48\">12.
